Top 5 free PHP scripts

Hi, everyone.

In this post I’m going to write about the top 5 php scripts that I think everybody should use, these scripts can be used for websites, forum boards, blogs, etc… use your imagination, and of course they are free and open source.

  1. PHPBB: is a popular Internet forum package written in the PHP programming language. The name “phpBB” is an abbreviation of PHP Bulletin Board. So, when he finished installing it, he told me that Ubuntu had a nice desktop, very organized and really fast, He even said that he liked Ubuntu because it starts faster then Windows Vista, about 15 seconds on Ubuntu and 1 minute in Vista, so I told him to get use to the Linux world which is a lot faster then Windows. Everything still normal here, he asked me how to install programs on Ubuntu and I told him to search for the Synaptic Package Manager, and he found it and did a simple search for a program and it worked, after that I told him there was an even more simple way of installing new programs which is the Add/Remove Programs on the applications menu, he said thank you and logged off for a couple of hours.
